Client portal, on every plan

A private space for every client, in your brand.

Clients sign in with a code, no password. They see their next visit, change or cancel it within your policy, pay what is left, and book again with a card they saved.

An example of a client portal for a nail studio: Hi, Maya, the next visit on Thursday, October 2 at 10:30 AM, chrome almond with Ana, $120, with a button to change, cancel or pay. Below, a saved card and a gift card balance. A reminder arrives on the phone.
01Their visits, handled

Change, cancel, pay. Without a call.

Every visit has its own page. Your policy runs on it, so a late change costs what you said it would.

Your policy, applied

Free changes inside your window. After it, the late-cancel fee goes on the saved card, or the deposit stays, as agreed at booking.

Pay what is left

Clients pay the balance from the visit page, and add a tip if you take tips.

Book again in a tap

Same service, same artist. Details are filled in and their saved card is ready.

Reminders on their phone

Clients can add it to their home screen and turn on reminders. No device on? The reminder comes by email.

Reviews from real visits

After a visit, clients rate it from the portal. Only people who came can leave one.

Gift cards and waitlist

Gift card balances and waitlist spots sit beside their visits. Openings arrive by push and email.

02Your brand, your address

It looks like your site, because it is.

The portal wears your website’s theme, fonts, colours and logo. Clients never feel they left you.

Clients join from the booking

After they book, the confirmation screen and email offer to save their details. The next time, they are already signed in.

Your own address

Every business gets its portal at yourname.my.turnexify.com. With your own domain, it is my.yourdomain.com.

In your language

The portal speaks English or Spanish, the same as your site.

Invites where it counts

“Your account” sits in your site’s footer, on the booking screen and in the confirmation email.

No password to forget

A six-digit code to their email signs them in. One account works at every place they book.

03Private by default

They choose what you see.

Each business keeps its own records. The account only joins them for the client.

Shared only with a yes

Sharing their name, phone and photo is off until the client turns it on for you.

Their face on your calendar

When a client shares, their photo shows on the calendar card and client page. Name and phone updates follow.

Cards stay with you

A saved card lives on your payment account. Other businesses never see it.

Your notes stay yours

No-shows, blocks and notes stay with your business. No other business sees them.

Old records, joined safely

A client joins an earlier record with a code sent to its email. You can undo a join within 30 days.

Their data, their call

Clients can download their data or delete the account. Your visit and payment records stay.

The portal is on every plan. Saved cards, the waitlist and your own address need Plus. Gift cards need Pro.
