Deposits go to your own Stripe or Square account. We never hold your money, and we take no cut.

Counts toward the total

The deposit comes off the bill. The client sees what is left to pay at the visit.

The time waits for the money

The time is held for 10 minutes while they pay. Unpaid, it opens again for someone else.

Refunds on their own

A visit cancelled in time gets its card deposit back automatically. When you cancel, it always goes back.

A card on file

Turn it on and every online booking saves a card, on your own account. With no deposit, nothing is charged today.

Fees you set

A no-show fee and a late cancel fee, each a fixed amount or a percent of the visit.

Fair limits

A fee is never more than the visit, a fixed fee is at most $500, and money you already kept counts toward it.

You mark the no-show

The fee charges when you mark it. A declined card shows as not collected, and you can try again.

Late cancels charge themselves

When a client cancels late from their link, the fee is charged right then.

Late moves, your way

Allow a few late moves to a date soon after. The deposit moves with the booking.

Block repeat no-shows

After 1 to 5 no-shows, a client can no longer book online. You can still book them yourself.

Your window

Free cancellation from 0 hours up to 14 days before. 24 hours unless you change it.

Needs payment

Visits that still owe money stay on one list until paid or written off.

Pay link or pay code

Email a link to pay the balance, or show a code they scan at the desk.

Tips

Ask for a tip, with 15, 20 and 25 percent ready to tap. Tips go to the artist.

Cash counts too

Log a cash payment by hand. That part is on every plan.
