Moving up happens right away, and Stripe charges only the difference for the days that remain in your period. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.

No. Your plan is a flat price. Money your clients pay you goes through Stripe or Square, whichever you connect, to an account you control, and their card processing fee is the only cut anyone takes. We never hold your money.

Yes. A card goes on file when you start and nothing is charged to it. It keeps the spam out and makes moving to a paid plan a single click rather than a checkout.

Prices are in US dollars and do not include any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are. Stripe adds it at checkout when it does.

From your account settings, at any time. You keep access until the end of the month or year you have paid for. We do not refund part of a period, and we do not make you write to anyone to leave.

Nothing is deleted. What the lower plan does not include stops working until you come back: extra team members past the seat limit cannot sign in, looks past the portfolio limit leave your site, and a domain of your own forwards to your turnexify address. Money already taken is still refunded, and gift cards already sold are still redeemed. Upgrade again and it is all back as it was.

A service, not a switch. Turnexify Studio designs you a site, Turnexify Domain registers and manages a domain for you, and Turnexify Concierge does the migration and setup work you would rather not do yourself. Each starts with a conversation and ends with a fixed price; nothing is added to your plan without you asking.

You do. We register it in your name, point it at your site, and keep it renewed. Managing it is the service; the domain itself was never ours.

If you cancel, you transfer the domain out: we give you the authorization code, or move it to your own registrar or Vercel team. Your domain remains yours. It does not stay with us because it came with a package.
