Referrals, on every plan

Know who sends you clients.

A walk-in says “Olivia sent me.” Pick Olivia under Referred by, and once the visit is done, her page counts the friend. Word of mouth, written down.

An example client page for a nail studio. Sofía R. was referred by Olivia M. and came in. Under Friends sent, a new friend is saved, the count goes from 2 to 3, and when her visit is completed the row says Came in.
01How it works

Ask once. It keeps the count.

01

Ask who sent them

A walk-in says “Olivia sent me.” That is all you need.

02

Pick the client

Under Referred by, find Olivia by name, phone or email. Add a note if you like.

03

The visit counts

Once the friend’s visit is completed, the row says Came in.

04

Both pages know

The friend shows who sent them and gets the Referral tag. Olivia’s page shows Friends sent, with the count and the list.

02Where you record it

Right where you already are.

Referred by sits in three places, so you ask while the answer is fresh.

The visit

For the walk-in at the desk.

A new booking

Referred by (optional), as you book them.

The client page

Who sent them? Any time after.

The search

By name, phone or email, with an optional note.

03When it counts

A visit, not a booking.

A friend counts when their visit is completed. A cancelled or missed visit does not count, and the next completed one does.

Waiting for the visit

Recorded, and the friend has not come in yet.

Came in

The friend’s visit is completed. Undo the visit and it waits again.

Voided

An owner or admin voided it, and the reason is kept. Restore it later.

Not their first visit

Noted when the friend had been in before, so you can judge it.

04The rules

Fair to you, hard to game.

The rules are checked every time, and the last word is yours. Anyone on the team can record it; changing, voiding and stopping are for owners and admins.

No sending themselves

A client cannot be their own sender. Two records with the same email or phone count as one person.

One sender per friend

Each friend is credited to one client. An owner or admin can change who.

No trading favors

Two clients cannot send each other.

Warnings, not blocks

Same card, same last name: the page tells you. You decide.

Void with a reason

Same person, two accounts. Not a real friend. Mistake. Or your own words.

Restore it

A voided referral comes back with one tap.

Stop a client

Stop referrals from this client, and allow them again any time.

Merges stay right

Merge two client records and the referral history goes with them.

Team privacy

An artist sees their own clients. A colleague’s client shows a first name and an initial.

Referred by, void and stop are on every plan, Free included. A reward for the client who sends friends is on Plus and Pro.

On Plus and Pro, each client also has their own link to share, and a friend who books with it gets the welcome you choose.
