Customer Participation Agreement

You found a booking page, a portfolio, or a link that a business runs on Turnexify, and you are about to book, pay a deposit, or join a waitlist. This page explains who you are dealing with, what we do in the middle, and what to expect. Turnexify is a product of AxionLabs.
01
Who you are booking with
Your appointment is with the business, not with us. The business sets its services, prices, hours, deposit rules, and cancellation terms, and the business does the work. Turnexify is the software it uses to show you a calendar and take the booking.
If something about the appointment itself needs sorting out, the business is the right place to start. Its contact details are on its own page.
02
What Turnexify does
- Shows you the business’s available times and records the booking you choose, so that two people cannot take the same slot.
- Sends you the confirmation, reminders, and receipts for that booking by email, on the business’s behalf.
- Passes a deposit or payment to the business’s card processor, Stripe or Square, when the business asks for one. We never see your card number.
- Keeps your booking history for that business, so that the next visit starts where the last one left off.
03
Deposits, payments, and refunds
Some services ask for a deposit when you book. The amount, and what happens to it if you cancel or do not arrive, is set by the business and shown to you before you confirm. Paying it means you have read those terms.
Card payments are processed by the business’s card processor, Stripe or Square, and go to an account the business controls. A refund is the business’s decision and is issued by the business; we can help it find the transaction, but we do not hold the money and cannot refund it ourselves.
04
Cancelling, moving, and not arriving
Each business chooses how much notice it needs for a free cancellation, and what it charges for a late cancellation or a no-show. Those terms are shown when you book and repeated in your confirmation.
Your confirmation email carries a private link to manage the appointment. From it you can see the details, move the time when the business allows it, cancel, and check in when you arrive. There is no account and no password.
05
That private link
The link in your confirmation is the key to your appointment. Anyone who has it can see and change the booking, so treat it like a ticket: do not forward it or post it. If you think someone else has it, ask the business to cancel and rebook.
06
Messages you will receive
We send email about the booking itself: a confirmation when it is made, reminders before it, a receipt if you paid, and a notice if the business moves or cancels it. If you joined a waitlist, we email you when a slot opens, and that offer lasts only a few minutes.
We do not send marketing. If the business wants to write to you about anything else, that is the business’s message, sent under its own name, and its own rules apply to it.
07
Your information belongs to the business
Your name, contact details, appointments, and any notes the business keeps are the business’s records. We hold them on its behalf and act on its instructions. To see, correct, or delete them, ask the business; it can do all three from its dashboard.
If you cannot reach the business, write to us and we will help you find the right contact. What we collect and why is described in the privacy notice, and the GDPR notice covers readers in the European Union or the United Kingdom.
08
What we ask of you
- Give the business a real name and a working email address, so the confirmation reaches you.
- Book only for yourself, or for someone who has asked you to.
- Do not use a booking page to test, scrape, or overload the service.
- Treat the people on the other side of the booking the way you would in person.
09
Limits
We provide the software and we work to keep it running, but we are not a party to the appointment and we make no promise about the service the business provides. To the extent the law allows, AxionLabs is not liable for anything that arises from the appointment itself, and our liability to you for anything else is limited to what the law does not allow us to limit.
10
Changes
When this agreement changes, the date at the top changes with it. The version shown when you book is the one that applies to that booking.
11
Contact
For the appointment, contact the business. For anything about Turnexify itself, write to hello@turnexify.com.
