Custom requests, offers on Pro

They show you the idea. You name the price.

Clients send up to six reference photos and a few words. You look, then send a price and a length. They book that exact offer from one link.

An example custom request at a nail studio: three reference photos of chrome nails, the message "Chrome tips like these, in soft pink. Short almond.", hoping for Friday, October 17, and the Send request button. Behind it slides out the artist's offer: $85 for 1 hour 30 minutes with Iris, a $20 deposit, good until October 20, and a Pick a time and book button.
01From a photo to a booking

Three steps. No back and forth.

Most people cannot name the design they want. They can show it. So the photos come first, and your answer is something they can book.

01

They send photos

Up to six photos, a few words and a date they hope for, from the Something custom page on your site.

02

You send an offer

A price, a length, a deposit and who does it. Add a note, and pick how many days it holds.

03

They book that offer

An email with one button. They pick an open time and book at your price, and nothing else.

Photos, not a survey

The photo field sits above the message. A short form, because they came to show you something.

Quick from a phone

Photos are made smaller on the phone the moment they are chosen, so Send is quick.

An alert when it lands

A push alert reaches your phone, with the photos already there when you open it.

In their language

A request written in Spanish is marked, and the offer email goes out in Spanish.

02Your requests, in one place

Every request, and where it stands.

Open the photos large, answer in a minute, and see which requests still wait on you.

Your price wins

Pick the closest service for your prep and cleanup time. Your price replaces its price.

Extras included

Tick the extras that are part of the offer. The price you set already counts them.

Change the offer

Send a new one. The old link tells them to use the newer offer.

Say no, kindly

Decline with a reason. They get it by email, with a pointer to the services you do offer.

03Private by default

A question holds nothing. A photo stays yours.

A request is a question, not a booking. So it holds no time, takes no money, and its photos never go public.

Only your team sees them

Reference photos are for you. They never show on your site or in your portfolio, and they are deleted 60 days after the request closes.

No time held

Asking holds no time and charges nothing. Nobody can fill your calendar with questions.

Offers run out

An offer holds 1 to 60 days, 14 unless you change it, to the end of its last day.

A link that explains

An old link says what happened: expired, replaced or booked. Never a dead end.

Kept out of search

An offer page is private. It never shows up in search results.

Your business only

A request sent on your site lands in your inbox, and nobody else's.

Spam kept out

A spam check, and a limit on how many requests one sender can send.

Requests with photos come in on every plan. Answering with a bookable offer is on Pro.
