You know the three questions by heart. How much? Do you have anything Friday? How do I book? They come in while you are with a client, at night, on your day off. Each one is a person who already wants to come in. Some of them wait for your answer. Some of them move on.
The answer is almost always the same: here is the price, here is a time, here is the link. That part does not need you.
A word in, a link out
On Turnexify you connect your Instagram professional account and set up automations. An automation is a word and the answer it gets. When someone sends BOOK, they get your booking link at once. PRICE gets your prices. HOURS gets your week.
A word can be the whole message, or anywhere in it, so "hi, can I book for Friday?" counts too. You write the answer in your own voice, and the same word always gets the same answer.
Answer with the next step
A good answer is not just words. It is something to tap. Each automation can add one of these to your message:
- Your booking link, straight to your booking page.
- A look from your portfolio, as a card with its photo, name, price and a "Book this look" button.
- The next open times, as up to three buttons. A tap opens booking with that time already chosen.
- A service with its price, your price list, or your opening hours.
- A promo code, sent only while it is running, or a course page, on Pro.
All of it comes from your services, your calendar and your prices, so it is never out of date. Change a price and the next answer has it.
Comments count too
Put "Comment LOOK for the price" under a post. Everyone who comments LOOK gets a private message with the look and the link. That is Instagram's rule: one private reply per comment. You can also leave a public reply under the comment, like "Sent you a DM!", and up to three of them take turns, so a busy post does not repeat itself.
When someone tags you in their story, one automation can thank them in a DM, with your link.
Polite by design
Automatic should not mean pushy. A few rules keep it from getting in your way:
- It speaks their language. Each automation has English and Spanish words. The word they used picks the language of the whole answer, down to the booking page they land on.
- It steps back. If someone asks for a person, there is no automatic answer. It pauses for them for 12 hours and your phone tells you. When you answer someone yourself, it leaves them alone for 12 hours too.
- It knows when you are away. Away mode sends your away message and your booking link until the day you pick. An automation can also answer only when you are closed.
- It follows up once. If they did not open the link, one more message can go 1, 2, 4 or 8 hours later. Never more.
For anything no word matches, a menu reply can answer a greeting with buttons for your answers, once a day per person.
What it will not do
There is no AI. Nothing is made up, and nothing goes out that you did not write.
It only answers people who wrote to you first, within 24 hours of their message, the way Instagram allows. It does not send mass messages, and it does not post for you. The text of a message is dropped once it is answered. Only the counts stay.
See what it brings in
For each automation you see the messages sent, the people reached, the taps on its link, and the bookings that came from it, with their value. When one of those bookings comes in, your phone says so: "New booking from Instagram".
Where to start
Add the starter pack. It gives you five automations for your kind of business, in English and Spanish, switched off, so you can read each one first. Turn on BOOK and PRICE. Then put "Comment LOOK" under your next post and watch the numbers.
Instagram DMs come with Plus, five on at once, and with Pro with no limit. The Instagram DMs page shows how it fits together.
